乡村振兴背景下农业院校研究生实践育人路径探索

Exploration on the Practical Education Path for Graduate Students in Agricultural Universities under the Background of Rural Revitalization

乡村振兴战略与高校实践育人有着相互促进的作用。农业高校应把握好人才培养,结合学校及专业特点,改进和加强研究生实践育人工作,培养青年科技人才和专业人才,为乡村振兴提供有力支撑。以山西农业大学园艺学院为例,地方农业院校应以学生为主体、教师为主导,从“实践教学方法”“专业实习实践”“寒暑假社会实践”“志愿服务活动”“创新创业教育”等五个方面着力构建研究生实践育人体系。此外,还需通过凝聚实践育人合力、拓展社会实践渠道、提高研究生积极性、健全评价监督机制,改进现阶段工作中存在的问题,优化研究生实践育人效果,培养一大批“一懂两爱”的高素质实践创新人才。

The strategy of rural revitalization and practical education in universities plays a mutually promoting role.Agricultural universities should focus on talent cultivation and provide strong support for rural revitalization.Taking the School of Horticulture of Shanxi Agricultural University as an example,local agricultural colleges and universities can build a graduate practical education system with students as the main body and teachers as the leading role from such five aspects as“practical teaching methods”“professional practice practice”“social practice in winter and summer vacations”“voluntary service activities”“innovation and entrepreneurship education”.In addition,it is necessary to consolidate the joint efforts of practical education,expand social practice channels,enhance the enthusiasm of graduate students,improve the evaluation and supervision mechanism,improve the problems in current work,optimize the effectiveness of graduate practical education,and cultivate a large number of high-quality practical and innovative talents who“understand agriculture,love the countryside and love farmers”,
