中国特色学徒制视角下高职院校工匠精神育人体系构建研究

Research on the Construction of the Craftsman Spirit Education System in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Chinese Characteristic Apprenticeship System

中国特色学徒制中培育和弘扬工匠精神是高职院校落实立德树人根本任务,培养德技兼修高素质人才的重要举措。文章提出将工匠精神培育融入大学生思想政治教育,参照制造工匠的成长路径,从建立工匠精神校企联合培育机制、探索两大培育阵地、锻造三支队伍、搭建工匠精神培育四维平台、强化五大保障等方面,构建全方位的工匠精神培育体系,为高职院校培养具备“匠心、匠品、匠技、匠艺”的“工匠型”人才提供经验借鉴。

Cultivating and promoting the spirit of craftsmanship in the apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics is an important measure for vocational colleges to implement the fundamental task of moral education and cultivate highquality talents with both moral and technical skills.The paper proposes to integrate the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit into the ideological and political education of college students.Referring to the growth path of manufacturing craftsmen,the paper explores the establishment of a joint training mechanism for craftsmanship spirit between schools and enterprises,explores two major training positions,forges three teams,builds a four-dimensional plaform for cultivating craftsmanship spirit,and strengthens the five guarantees.It constructs a comprehensive system for cultivating craftsmanship spirit,providing experience for higher vocational colleges to train“craftsman”talents with“ingenuity,craftsman products,craftsman skills and craftsman skills”.
