优秀传统文化育人通过文化的熏陶服务于人才发展的全过程。高职院校开展传统文化育人工作,发挥文化导向、价值引领、传播辐射作用,为培养高素质的职业人才提供强大的精神动能。面对传统优秀文化育人的价值,为实现传统文化在高职院校育人工作的全面渗透,具体分析文化育人工作开展现状、针对主要存在的不足,探索传统优秀文化推进文化育人工作创新的路径,在实践层面提出具体的策略,以期为高职院校文化育人工作提供参考。

Excellent traditional culture education serves the whole process of talent development through cultural edification.Higher vocational colleges carry out traditional culture education,give play to the role of cultural guidance,value guidance,dissemination and radiation,and provide strong spiritual momentum for training high-quality professional talents.In the face of the value of traditional excellent cultural education,in order to achieve the comprehensive penetration of traditional culture in the education work of higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the current situation of cultural education work,explores the path of promoting cultural education innovation through traditional excellent culture,and proposes specific strategies at the practical level,in order to provide reference for the cultural education work of higher vocational colleges.
