磁共振成像技术在耳鸣中的研究进展

摘要 耳鸣作为耳鼻喉科最常见的症状之一,严重影响了数百万人的生活质量。耳鸣的机制非常复杂,且目前缺乏规范化及个体化的治疗。磁共振成像技术可从微观结构、功能等不同角度进一步探索耳鸣的发病机制,对研究其发病机制及提供新的治疗方案具有重要价值。本文基于结构性磁共振成像技术、扩散张量成像技术、血氧水平依赖功能成像技术、动脉自旋标记成像技术以及磁共振波谱成像技术在耳鸣中的应用价值和最新研究进展予以综述,旨为进一步研究耳鸣相关机制提供帮助。 As one of the most common symptoms in otolaryngology,tinnitus seriously affects the quality of life of millions of people.The mechanism of tinnitus is very complex,and there is currently a lack of standardized and individualized treatment.Magnetic resonance imaging can further explore the pathogenesis of tinnitus from different perspectives such as microstructure and function,which is of great value for studying the pathogenesis and providing new treatment options.This article reviews the application value and latest research progress of magnetic resonance imaging in tinnitus,aiming to provide help for further research on the related mechanisms of tinnitus.
