产教融合视域下高职电子商务专业校企协同育人模式研究

Research on the Collaborative Education Model between School and Enterprise in Higher Vocational E-Commerce Majors from the Perspective of Industry Education Integration

在电商领域高速发展的背景下,对具备专业知识的人才的需求日益增加。为了满足市场需求、提升电商专业人才的培养水平,高职电子商务专业采用了一种创新的教育方式,即学校与企业共同合作进行培训,迅速而有效地培养出更为胜任的人才。本文以产教融合为背景,深入探讨了高职电子商务专业校企协同育人模式的构建与实践。通过对当前高职电子商务专业校企协同育人模式的研究和分析,发现校企合作在人才培养中的积极作用及潜在问题,探讨其构建与实践的途径和方法。旨在通过学校与企业之间的深度合作,实现资源共享、优势互补,共同培养适应市场需求的高素质电子商务人才,以期为高职教育改革提供参考。

Against the backdrop of rapid development in the e-commerce field,the demand for talents with professional knowledge is increasing day by day.In order to meet market demand and improve the training level of e-commerce professionals,vocational e-commerce majors have adopted an innovative education method,which is the cooperation between schools and enterprises for training,quickly and effectively cultivating more competent talents.This article takes the integration of industry and education as the background,and deeply explores the construction and practice of the school enterprise collaborative education model for vocational e-commerce majors.Through the research and analysis of the current collaborative education model between schools and enterprises in the field of e-commerce in vocational colleges,the positive role and potential problems of school enterprise cooperation in talent cultivation are discovered,and the ways and methods for its construction and practice are explored.This study aims to achieve resource sharing and complementary advantages through deep cooperation between schools and enterprises,and jointly cultivate high-quality e-commerce talents that meet market demand,which can provide reference for the reform of higher vocational education.
