数据时代的到来对中国经济法产生了深远影响,包括对消费者权益保护法、合同法和知识产权法等法律领域的挑战。因此,需要深入研究经济法的理念演进,以适应大数据时代的新需求。本文试图通过对大数据背景下中国经济法理念的演进进行梳理,探讨监管策略的创新路径,以期为中国经济法的发展提供理论支持和实践指导。本文回顾了中国经济法的发展历程,分析了传统经济法理念的特点和局限性。在此基础上,本文深入探讨了大数据对中国经济法理念的影响,包括数据主权、数据权益、数据安全和隐私保护等方面的内容。这些新的理念在大数据背景下逐渐形成,为中国经济法的进一步发展提供了新的思路。本文重点研究了大数据视角下中国经济法监管策略的创新。在分析了传统监管策略的不足后,本文提出了基于大数据的监管策略创新路径,包括构建大数据监管平台、完善数据收集和分析机制、加强数据安全和隐私保护等方面的内容。这些创新策略旨在提高监管效率、降低监管成本、保障数据安全和隐私权益,从而推动中国经济法的健康发展。本文以案例研究的方式,对大数据视角下中国经济法理念演进与监管策略创新进行了实证分析。通过具体案例的分析,本文验证了大数据对中国经济法理念演进和监管策略创新的影响,同时也发现了实践中存在的问题和不足。针对这些问题和不足,本文提出了相应的改进建议,以期为中国经济法的实践提供参考。

The arrival of the data era has had a profound impact on China's economic law,including challenges to legal areas such as consumer rights protection,contract law,and intellectual property law.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the evolution of economic law concepts to adapt to the new requirements of the big data era.This article attempts to sort out the evolution of China's economic law concepts in the context of big data,explore innovative paths for regulatory strategies,and provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the development of China's economic law.This article reviews the development process of China's economic law and analyzes the characteristics and limitations of traditional economic law concepts.On this basis,this article deeply explores the impact of big data on China's economic law concepts,including data sovereignty,data rights and interests,data security,and privacy protection.These new concepts have gradually formed in the context of big data,providing new ideas for the further development of China's economic law.This article focuses on the innovation of China's economic law regulatory strategies from the perspective of big data.After analyzing the shortcomings of traditional regulatory strategies,this article proposes innovative paths for big data-based regulatory strategies,including building big data regulatory platforms,improving data collection and analysis mechanisms,and strengthening data security and privacy protection.These innovative strategies aim to improve regulatory efficiency,reduce regulatory costs,ensure data security and privacy rights,and promote the healthy development of China's economic law.This article empirically analyzes the evolution of China's economic law concepts and the innovation of regulatory strategies from the perspective of big data through case studies.Through the analysis of specific cases,this article verifies the impact of big data on the evolution of China's economic law concepts and the innovation of regulatory strategies,and also identifies problems and deficiencies in practice.In response to these problems and deficiencies,this article proposes corresponding improvement suggestions to provide references for the practice of China's economic law.
