摘要
数字化转型为企业提高自身资源和能力水平提供了有效的动力,这能否有效促进企业创新?本文以2012年-2017年实施数字化转型的沪深两市A股制造业上市公司作为研究样本,探讨了制造企业数字化转型对企业创新的影响。研究结果表明,制造企业数字化转型程度对企业创新具有统计上显著的正向促进作用。机制检验表明,制造企业数字化转型可以通过人力资本升级促进企业创新,即人力资本在企业数字化转型影响企业创新中起着中介作用。本文也根据企业规模、产权性质和资本密集度对企业进行了异质性检验。研究结论对进一步认识数字化转型影响企业创新的中间机理与影响效果具有重要作用,并为推动制造企业数字化转型提供了参考性的建议。
Digital transformation provides an effective motivation for enterprises to improve their own resources and capabilities.Can it effectively promote enterprise innovation?This paper takes a-share listed manufacturing companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets that implemented digital transformation from 2012 to 2017 as research samples to discuss the impact of digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises on enterprise innovation.The results show that the degree of digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises has a statistically significant positive effect on enterprise innovation.The mechanism test shows that manufacturing enterprises'digital transformation can promote enterprise innovation through human capital upgrading,that is,human capital plays an intermediary role in the influence of digital transformation on enterprise innovation.Heterogeneity is also tested according to firm size,property right and capital intensity.The research results play an important role in further understanding the intermediate mechanism and effect of digital transformation on enterprise innovation,and provide reference suggestions for promoting the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises.
