焦原料类型对人造石墨负极性能的影响

摘要 通过采用不同类型焦原料制备人造石墨负极材料,研究了原料技术指标、负极材料技术指标、扣电电化学性能和全电电化学性能之间关系。研究表明,各向同性焦制备的负极材料各向同性程度最高,倍率性能和循环性能较优,但比容量和压实密度较低;中间相沥青焦制备的负极材料各向同性程度较低,比容量和压实密度较高,缺点是倍率性能较差;石油焦制备的负极材料,性能介于两者之间。分析认为,如果采用中间相沥青焦制备石墨负极AG350,可针对颗粒结构和表面包覆进行优化,通过改善倍率性能和循环性能,满足动力电池兼顾能量密度、快充性能和循环性能的需求。 The paper makes a study of the relationship between technical indicators of the raw materials,technical indicators of negative electrode materials,button cell electrochemical performance and full cell electrochemical performance.The study has shown that the negative electrode material prepared from isotropic coke has the highest isotropy degree,with better rate capacity and cycling performance,but lower specific capacity and compaction density.The negative electrode material prepared from intermediate phase pitch coke has a lower isotropy degree,with higher specific capacity and compaction density,but poor rate capacity.The performance of negative electrode materials prepared from petroleum coke lies in between.It is analyzed that once graphite negative electrode AG350 prepared from intermediate phase pitch coke is used in the future,optimization can be made for particle structure and surface coating.It is expected to satisfy the performance requirements of power batteries that balance energy density,fast charging performance,and cycling performance by improving rate capacity and cycling performance.
