摘要
针对黑龙江某铜冶炼项目货运散装铜精矿冬季因冻结而无法卸车的现象,对散装货物解冻库的类型以及北方地区已存在的解冻库应用情况进行了详细分析,并提出了在铁路货场建设解冻库和在厂区内建设解冻库两种方案。经过方案比选,认为在厂区内建设解冻库的工程投资和运营成本更好。对该解冻库设计参数以及后期运行过程中存在问题进行了分析,提出了相应的设计优化措施。
In response to the phenomenon of bulk copper concentrate being unable to be unloaded in winter due to freezing in a copper smelting project in Heilongjiang,the paper make a detailed analysis of the types of thawing shed for bulk cargoes and the application of the thawing sheds that already existed in the northern region,and puts forward two schemes:constructing thawing shed in the railway freight yard or constructing thawing shed in the plant area.After scheme comparison and selection,it is believed that the capital cost and operating cost of constructing the thawing shed within the plant area are better.The paper analyzes the design parameters of the thawing shed and the problems that existed in the later operation,and gives corresponding design optimization measures.
