摘要
基于Archard磨损理论、力学和摩擦学,结合宏观和有限元分析方法,建立定位装置磨损数值模型,研究定位装置受到的水平拉力对其磨损等现象的影响。结果表明:水平拉力对定位装置磨损产生显著影响;随着拉力的增加,零部件之间的约束逐渐增强,水平拉力在合适范围内可以减缓定位装置的磨损和应力集中;影响定位装置磨损的因素主要包括应力集中、接触压应力和相对滑动;通过调节水平拉力可以减缓定位装置的磨损,从而提高其服役寿命。
Based on Archard wear theory,mechanics,and tribology,combining with macroscopic and finite element analysis methods,a numerical model of registration device wear is established to study the influence of horizontal tension on its wear and other phenomena.The results show that horizontal tension has a significant impact on the wear of the registration devices.As the tension increases,the constraints between components gradually strengthen.Horizontal tension within an appropriate range can slow down the wear and stress concentration of the registration device.The factors that affect the wear of registration device mainly include stress concentration,contact pressure stress,and relative sliding.By adjusting the horizontal tension,the wear of the registration device can be slowed down,consequently,improving its service life.
