摘要
接触网腕臂装置简化结构,提升绝缘等级,降低重量是发展的趋势。非金属复合材料具有重量轻、强度高、绝缘性能好的特点,通过与传统金属材料进行机械、电气方面的性能对比,探究非金属增强复合材料应用于接触网腕臂装置的显著效果。研究非金属增强复合材料腕臂装置结构型式和复杂成型工艺,并利用有限元仿真进行模拟分析优化提升;深入对比分析不同结构和材质的腕臂装置,系统总结应用特点,提出非金属增强复合材料用于接触网腕臂的适用性。
Simplifying the structure,improving insulation level,and reducing weight are the developing trends for OCS cantilever devices.Nonmetallic composite materials have the characteristics of light weight,high strength,and good insulation performance.The studies are made for the effects of nonmetallic reinforced composite materials applied in OCS cantilevers by comparing the mechanical and electrical properties with the traditional metallic materials.And studies are also made for the for the structural types and complicated forming process of nonmetallic reinforced composite cantilever devices.The finite element simulation is adopted for the simulation,analysis,optimization and improvement.Comparison and analysis are conducted for the cantilevers of different structures and different materials and application characteristics are systematically summarized.The adaptability of the nonmetallic reinforced composite materials applied in OCS cantilevers are put forward.
