摘要
本文介绍了日建设计在日本与中国参与的站城一体化城市开发案例,探讨了未来轨道建设和城市更新相结合的发展方向。在深圳黄木岗枢纽项目中,借鉴了日本东京涩谷站城市更新的开发经验,实现了以轨道车站等市政设施重建为引擎的城市更新机制,主动引导周边街区的改造,通过多方合作推动整个城市更新。其中,回顾其融合日本城市开发经验与中国城市建设的实际情况,分析了因地制宜的规划调整,对该项目的未来发展进行了展望。
This thesis introduces Nikken Sekkei’s engagement in typical Transit Oriented Development(TOD)initiatives in Japan and China,and discusses the significance of integrating railway station redevelopment and urban renewal.In the Huangmugang Hub project(Shenzhen),experiences from the Shibuya Station redevelopment project are applied to establish a mechanism for urban renewal driven by the reconstruction of municipal facilities,which subsequently leads to the transformation of surrounding neighborhoods through collaborative efforts.Additionally,the thesis analyzes adaptive planning adjustments,and provides a prospective outlook on the project’s future development.
