摘要
目的 比较玻璃化解冻与慢速解冻在程序化冷冻胚胎解冻移植中的应用效果。方法 选择北京市海淀区妇幼保健院生殖科2021年2月至2023年10月行解冻胚胎移植的150例不孕症患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(75例,实施慢速解冻)和观察组(75例,实施玻璃化解冻)。比较两组胚胎发育及复苏、移植情况和临床妊娠率。结果 两组胚胎发育情况各指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组复苏完整率与复苏可用率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组移植次数、移植胚胎数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组临床妊娠率为58.67%(44/75),高于对照组的41.33%(31/75)(P<0.05)。结论 玻璃化解冻在程序化冷冻胚胎解冻移植中应用,能够提高胚胎复苏率及临床妊娠率。
Objective To compare the application effect of vitrificative thawing and slow thawing in thawing transfer of programmed frozen embryos.Methods A total of 150 infertile patients who underwent thawed embryo transfer in the Department of Reproductive Medicine,Beijing Haidian District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(75 cases,slow thawing)and observation group(75 cases,vitrificative thawing)by random number table method.The embryonic development,resuscitation,transfer,and clinical pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups.Results The index of embryonic development situation was compared,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The recovery integrity rate and recovery availability rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the number of transplantation and the number of transferred embryos between the two groups(P>0.05).The clinical pregnancy rate in the observation group was 58.67%(44/75),higher than that in the control group 41.33%(31/75)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of vitrificative thawing in the thawing transfer of programmed frozen embryos can improve the rate of embryo recovery and clinical pregnancy.
