跨境经济区建设问题与对策研究——以中国东兴-越南芒街跨境经济区建设为例

Problems and Countermeasures of Construction of Cross-Border Economic Zones——A Case Study of the Construction of Cross-Border Economic Zones in Dongxing,China and Mong Street,Vietnam

本文以中国东兴-越南芒街跨境经济合作区为研究对象,分析了合作区在政策协调、基础设施建设、贸易便利化、人才短缺等方面面临的挑战。为推动合作区的可持续发展,提出了加强政策对接、完善基础设施、提升贸易便利化水平、培养与引进人才等具体对策。通过对问题与对策的探讨,旨在为促进中国东兴和越南芒街跨境经济合作区的繁荣稳定提供有益参考。

This paper takes China's Dongxing-Vietnam Mong Street cross-border Economic Cooperation Zone as the research object,and analyzes the challenges faced by the cooperation zone in policy coordination,infrastructure construction,trade facilitation and talent shortage are analyzed.In order to promote the sustainable development of the cooperation zone,specific countermeasures such as strengthening policy docking,improving infrastructure,enhancing trade facilitation,training and introducing talents are put forward.Through the discussion of the problems and countermeasures,this paper aims to provide a useful reference for promoting the prosperity and stability of China's Dongxing and Vietnam's Mong Street cross-border economic cooperation Zone.
