铝电解槽槽型与阳极电流密度的探讨

摘要 分析电解槽槽型选择与单个系列年产能的对应关系,探讨槽容量对电解槽稳定性的影响,结合国际铝电解行业的发展趋势,提出在大型化的同时,高阳极电流密度电解槽是我国未来电解铝发展的必然趋势,也是提高我国大型预焙电解槽技术在国际上竞争力的必然选择。 This paper analyzed the correlation between electrolysis cell type selection and the annual production capacity of individual train,and discussed the impact of cell capacity on cell stability.Considering the global trends in the aluminum electrolysis industry,it is posited that while scaling up in size,electrolysis cells with high anode current density represent the inevitable trend for the future development of aluminum production in China.This approach is also a necessary choice for enhancing the competitiveness of China’s large prebaked electrolysis cell technology on the international stage.
