摘要
为降低停槽黑电压,缓解电解铝企业的能耗压力,提出在某厂400 kA电解槽安装移动短接母线,并进行实验研究,效果显著,在“能耗双控”背景下,为铝电解行业降低停槽黑电压,进而降低无功能耗提供借鉴。
To reduce the black voltage during cell shutdowns and alleviate energy consumption pressures for aluminum smelting enterprises,this paper proposed the scheme of installing mobile short-circuit busbars in a 400 kA aluminum electrolysis cell at a plant.The results of site experience are notably effective,and this practice offers a valuable reference for the aluminum electrolysis industry to decrease black voltage during shutdowns and subsequently lower no-load energy consumption in the context of“dual control of energy consumption”.
