摘要
为降低公路桥梁工程大跨度施工建设难度,本文介绍了预应力施工技术的应用局限,并以实际工程项目为例,分析了预应力施工技术的优化应用策略,即技术流程规范与工艺控制要点。结果表明:公路桥梁工程建设者需结合图纸要求与场地条件来落实支架、模板与钢筋、混凝土以及张拉等施工操作控制,进而使预应力结构稳定性作用效果充分发挥出来;在工艺方面,同样需要按照既定要求,对下料、压浆、穿索以及碳纤维加固进行有效控制,规避不合理施工操作因素的影响。
To reduce the construction difficulty of long-span highway bridge projects,this paper introduced the application limitations of prestressed construction technology.Taking an actual engineering project as a case study,it analyzed the optimization application strategies,including standardized technical processes and key points of process control.The results show that highway bridge constructors need to implement controls on supports,formwork,concrete,and tensioning operations in accordance with drawing requirements and site conditions,so as to fully realize the stabilizing effect of the prestressed structure.Similarly,in terms of processes,effective control must be maintained over cutting,grouting,threading cables,and carbon fiber reinforcement,to avoid the impact of improper construction practices.
