济源示范区城区段蟒河浮游动物多样性调查及水生态评价

A Zooplankton Diversity Survey and Aquatic Ecological Evaluation along the Urban Reaches of the Python River in Jiyuan Demonstration Area

摘要 调查了济源示范区城区段蟒河及其支流12个断面处的浮游动物群落状况,共鉴定出浮游动物4类61种,其中桡足类种类数最多,占总种类的45.90%,原生动物门仅4种,占总种类的6.56%;无节幼体优势度0.445,剑水蚤幼体优势度0.179;浮游动物密度变化范围为2.2~607.6ind./L,平均密度为179.9ind./L;浮游动物生物量范围为0.014~11.429mg/L,平均生物量为2.336mg/L。采用Shannon-Wiener多样性指数和Margalef丰富度指数对生物多样性和水质进行评价,发现5个断面水质状况一般,7个断面水质受到污染,生物多样性相对较差,人为干扰对水生态环境影响较大。 Taking 12 sections on the Python River and its tributaries in Jiyuan Demonstration Area to conduct a survey for the status of zooplankton community,61 species in 4 kinds of zooplankton were identified with 45.90%of copepods in majority and 6.56%of only 4 species of protozoa.The dominance degree of nauplii was 0.445 and meanwhile that of Cyclops larva was 0.179.The zooplankton density varied from 2.2 to 607.6 ind./L with an average of 179.9 ind./L,and the biomass of zooplankton was in a range of 0.014 and 11.429 mg/L with an average of 2.336 mg/L.Shannon-Wiener diversity index and Margalef richness index were chosen to evaluate the biodiversity and water quality.It has been found that the water quality was ordinary at 5 sections,and polluted at other 7 sections with relatively poor biodiversity caused by human disturbance to bring about rather great impact on the aquatic ecological environment.
