摘要
水塔作为生活中常中的储存水装置,对于其液位的控制十分重要。水塔水位监测系统主要由单片机、无线发送接收模块、水位传感器、数码管、三相抽水电机等组成,设计开发的监测控制系统通过无线模块发出读取水位的命令,远程的无线模块收到命令后传给集成的水位传感器,水位传感器测出水位用RS485发给无线模块,无线模块以发出数据,控制系统数码管上实时显示当前水位。当低于下限时自动开启抽水,当水位高于上限时自动关闭抽水。为了方便检修,抽水系统同时设置了人工手动开启或关闭抽水。水塔水位监测系统通过无线传输数据,距离远,水位精度高,稳定性好。
As a common water storage device in daily life,water tower is very important for the control of its liquid level.The water level monitoring system of the water tower is mainly composed of single-chip microcomputer,wireless transmitting and receiving module,water level sensor,digital tube,three-phase pumping motor,etc.The monitoring and control system designed and developed issues the command to read the water level through the wireless module,and the remote wireless module receives the command and transmits it to the integrated water level sensor.The water level sensor detects the water level and sends it to the wireless module with RS485.Wireless module to send data,control system digital tube real-time display of the current water level.Automatically turn on pumping when the water level is below the lower limit and automatically turn off pumping when the water level is above the upper limit.In order to facilitate maintenance,the pumping system is also set up to manually open or close the pumping.The water level monitoring system of the water tower transmits data through wireless,which has long distance,high precision and good stability.
