摘要
为探讨悬臂式隧道掘进机在隧道施工中的应用,依托长水机场隧道工程实际,由方案比选入手,结合工程的重难点,分析了悬臂式隧道掘进机在机场隧道施工中的应用及关键工序的控制要点。实践得出,机场隧道工程水文地质条件比较复杂,开挖施工难度大,而且施工现场周围有很多既有建筑物,常规钻爆施工技术产生的振动和破坏力比较大,对周围土体和既有建筑物造成的扰动和影响比较大,难以满足机场隧道施工的要求。鉴于此,在长水机场隧道施工中,采用了更加先进的悬臂式隧道掘进机进行施工,相比于钻爆技术,此种隧道施工技术具有一次性定位截割宽度及高度大,减少移机时间,破岩能力强等特点,非常契合机场隧道施工的要求,既能加快施工速度,而且在保证施工质量和安全性方面也有独特的优势,值得在类似工程中大力推广。
In order to discuss the application of cantilever tunnel boring machine in tunnel construction,based on the actual project of Changshui Airport tunnel,the paper analyzes the application of cantilever tunnel boring machine in airport tunnel construction and the control points of key processes.It is concluded from practice that the hydrogeological conditions of airport tunnel engineering are complicated,the excavation construction is difficult,and there are many existing buildings around the construction site,the vibration and destructive power generated by conventional drilling and blasting construction technology are relatively large,and the disturbance and influence on the surrounding soil and existing buildings are relatively large,which is difficult to meet the requirements of airport tunnel construction.In view of this,in the construction of Changshui Airport tunnel,a more advanced cantilever tunnel boring machine is adopted.Compared with drilling and blasting technology,this tunnel construction technology has the characteristics of large one-time positioning and cutting width and height,reducing machine transfer time,strong rock breaking ability,etc.,which is very suitable for the requirements of airport tunnel construction,and can accelerate the construction speed.Moreover,it also has unique advantages in ensuring construction quality and safety,which is worth vigorously promoting in similar projects.
