Dynamic Evolution and Driving Factors of Spatial Differences in Rural Revitalization

探索乡村振兴空间差异的动态演变和驱动因素对乡村振兴有效建设及区域协调发展具有重要意义。该文基于2017—2022年的省域面板数据,利用Dagum基尼系数测算了乡村振兴的空间差异水平,利用空间分布图和空间马尔可夫链分析了乡村振兴空间差异的动态演变趋势,并通过构建空间杜宾模型(SDM)对空间差异的驱动因素进行了分析。研究发现:2017年以来,乡村振兴的总体空间差异及各区域内部差异均在下降,东—中和东—西的区域间差异也处于下降状态;总体空间差异主要是由区域内部差异所致;乡村振兴在空间上呈现低水平区域向东北演变、中高水平区域向西部演变的趋势;整体上乡村振兴有向更高水平演变的趋势,高水平省份存在正向溢出效应;财政支持和经济发展是乡村振兴空间差异的主要正向驱动因素,其他因素的正向驱动有限。

Exploring the dynamic evolution and driving factors of spatial differences in rural revitalization is of great significance for the effective construction of rural revitalization and regional coordinated development.Based on the provincial panel data from 2017 to 2022,the Dagum Gini coefficient was used to calculate the spatial differences in rural revitalization.The spatial distribution map and spatial Markov chain were used to analyze the dynamic evolution trend of spatial differences in rural revitalization,and the driving factors of the spatial difference were analyzed by constructing the spatial Durbin model(SDM).The research found that since 2017,the overall spatial differences and intra-regional differences in rural revitalization were declining,and the inter-regional differences of“East-Middle”and“East-West”were also declining.The overall spatial differences were mainly caused by intra-regional differences.Rural revitalization showed a spatial trend of low-level areas evolving towards the northeast,and medium to high-level areas evolving towards the west.Overall,rural revitalization has a trend to evolve to a higher level,and there is a positive spillover effect in high-level provinces.Financial support and economic development are the main positive driving factors for the spatial differences in rural revitalization,while the positive driving factors of other factors are limited.
