摘要
近年来,我国老龄化进程明显加快,日益迈入“老龄社会”,部分老年人因患有慢性疾病,需要长期服药,然而,老年患者在服用药物时常常未能按医嘱规定正确服药、忘记服药或者错误服药,导致药物依从性较差。因此,提高老年患者的药物依从性至关重要。本文从老年患者在服药过程中面临的主要问题出发,结合老年患者基本的生理机能特点以及心理、情感关怀等认知特征,从图形创意和生活习惯及人文关怀等方面进行药物依从辅助工具设计研究,旨在探讨如何借助辅助工具来提高老年人的药物依从性,从而提高药品对老年患者的治疗效果。
In recent years,China’s aging process has accelerated significantly,gradually transitioning into an“aging society”.Some elderly individuals suffer from chronic diseases,requiring long-term medication.However,elderly patients often fail to adhere to medical prescriptions properly,leading to poor medication adherence.Issues such as incorrect dosing,forgetting to take medication,or making errors in medication administration contribute to this low medication adherence in elderly patients.Therefore,enhancing medication adherence among elderly patients is of paramount importance.This paper focuses on the primary challenges faced by elderly patients during the medication process and combines their basic physiological characteristics and cognitive features,including psychological and emotional care,to explore the design of medication adherence aids from aspects like graphical creativity,lifestyle habits,and humanistic concern.The aim is to investigate how to utilize these aids to improve medication adherence in elderly individuals,ultimately enhancing the therapeutic effectiveness of medications for elderly patients.
