高校网络意识形态话语权构建是时代赋予中国共产党人的重要使命,也是新时代高校思想政治工作的根本遵循。网络强国战略为高校网络意识形态话语权构建带来新契机、赋予新内涵、提出新要求。聚焦现实困境,高校要在突出多维话语内容重点、深化多元话语载体拓展、凝聚多方话语主体合力、推动多样话语形式创新等方面协同发力,全面构建高校网络意识形态话语权,牢牢掌握网络意识形态工作主导权,守好高校网络空间的思想主阵地。

On one hand,the construction of the discourse power of network ideology in colleges and universities is not only an important mission entrusted to the Communist Party of China(CPC)members endowed by the times,but also the fundamental principle of ideological and political work in colleges and universities in the new era.On the other hand,the strategy of cyber power has brought new opportunities,given fresh connotations,and put forward up-to-date requirements for the construction of the discourse power of network ideology in colleges and universities.Generally speaking,based on focusing on the practical difficulties,colleges and universities should make concerted efforts in highlighting the key points of multi-dimensional discourse content,deepening the expansion of multiple discourse carriers,gathering the joint endeavors of multiple discourse subjects,and promoting the innovation of diverse discourse forms,so as to comprehensively construct its discourse power of network ideology,firmly grasp the leadership of network ideological work,and guard the main ideological position of cyberspace.
