“三全育人”视域下大学生创新创业教育实现路径研究--以某中医药大学“1234”模式为例

摘要 当前创新创业教育是高校应用型、创新型人才培养的重中之重,而“三全育人”工作是教育改革的重要举措,探索二者的协同体制、机制及路径创新,具有重大现实意义。分析大学生创新创业教育的现实问题、三全育人与创新创业教育二者的耦合关系,并结合某中医药大学的实践,提出“一个中心、两层循环、三创推进、四库建设”的“1234”工作模式。 At present,the innovation and entrepreneurship education is the top priority regarding the cul-tivation of applied and innovative talents in colleges and universities,and the work of"Three Aspects of Education(education of full staff,all round and whole process)"is an important measure of educational reform.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to explore the synergetic system,mechanism and path innovation between"Three Aspects of Education"and innovation and entrepreneurship education.This paper firstly analyzes the practical problems of innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students.Secondly,it discusses the coupling relationship between"Three Aspects of Education"and in-novation and entrepreneurship education.Lastly,it puts forward the"1234"working model strategy of"one center,two-layer circulation,three-innovation promotion,and four items of construction regarding database of expert,platform,project and growth tracking"in combination with the practice of a university of traditional Chinese medicine.
