元认知视角下强迫症心理机制研究的进展与展望(综述)

Research progress and prospect on psychological mechanism of obsessive-compulsive disorder from metacognitive perspective

自强迫症的元认知理论模型建立以来,诸多研究者围绕实证检验和临床应用等方向做了大量研究工作,迄今已涌现诸多研究成果。本文旨在对既往研究进行综合梳理,厘清强迫症元认知理论的源起及发展脉络,总结当前关于功能失调性元认知和元认知疗法等方面的研究进展,并从认知神经科学、理论模型的革新和临床应用等方面对进一步的研究提出展望与建议。

Numerous studies on empirical testing and clinical application have been conducted since the development of the metacognitive model of OCD,and numerous study findings have been published to date.The objectives of this paper are to perform a thorough literature review,explain the genesis and evolution of the metacognition theory of OCD,provide an overview of the state art regarding dysfunctional metacognition and metacognitive therapy,and offer opportunities and recommendations for future research in the areas of cognitive neuroscience,theoretical model innovation,and clinical application.
