低温容器用13MnNi6-3钢板奥氏体静态连续冷却转变曲线的测定

摘要 利用膨胀仪测定低温容器用13MnNi6-3钢板的临界点及连续冷却转变曲线,并研究冷却速度对试验钢板显微组织及硬度的影响。结果表明:当冷却速度为0.2~1℃/s时,试验钢板的转变组织为铁素体和珠光体;当冷却速度为2~5℃/s时,试验钢板得到铁素体、珠光体以及少量粒状贝氏体的混合组织;当冷却速度为10~75℃/s时,试验钢板的相变组织为粒状贝氏体和少量铁素体。 The critical point and continuous cooling transformation curve of 13MnNi6-3 steel plate for low temperature vessel are measured by dilatometer,and the effect of cooling rate on the microstructure and microhardness of the test steel plate are studied.The results show that when the cooling rate is 0.2~1℃/s,the transformation structure of the test steel plate is ferrite and pearlite.When the cooling rate is 2~5℃/s,the test steel plate can get a mixture of ferrite,pearlite and a small amount of granular bainite.When the cooling rate is 10~75℃/s,the phase change structure of the test steel plate is granular bainite and a small amount of ferrite structure.
