基于层次分析法的云南彝族建筑文化餐厅空间设计

摘要 为了传承并活化优秀彝族建筑文化,满足消费者情感需求,提高行业竞争力,探究云南彝族建筑文化在当代餐饮空间设计中的运用。收集有关云南彝族建筑文化的图文资料。借助层次分析法构建云南彝族建筑文化要素层次系统,划分出造型、纹饰、颜色与材质四大维度。计算各指标层下设计要素的重要程度以及排序,用于指导现代地域餐饮空间设计方案。获得具备云南彝族建筑文化氛围的地域特色餐厅室内设计案例。该研究有助于增强当代民族餐厅设计策略的客观性与科学性,指导设计师整合有限资源,促进少数民族建筑文化的当代活态传承。 In order to inherit and activate the excellent Yi architectural culture,meet the emotional needs of consumers,and improve the competitiveness of the industry,this paper explores the application of Yunnan Yi architectural culture in contemporary catering space design.Collect graphic materials about the architectural culture of Yi nationality in Yunnan.With the help of analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the hierarchy system of Yi architectural culture elements in Yunnan is constructed,and four dimensions of shape,decoration,color and material are divided.The importance and order of the design elements under each index layer are calculated to guide the design of modern regional catering space.Obtain the interior design case of regional characteristic restaurant with Yunnan Yi architectural culture atmosphere.This study helps to enhance the objectivity and scientificity of contemporary ethnic restaurant design strategies,guide designers to integrate limited resources,and promote the contemporary living inheritance of ethnic minority architectural culture.
