基于TOPSS-灰色关联分析的睡眠监测系统设计研究

摘要 本文通过研究中老年人的睡眠需求,开发适用于中老年群体居家使用的睡眠监测系统,用于改善睡眠质量。通过问卷调研分析中老年群体的睡眠相关需求。并运用调研得出的结论,搭建出睡眠监测系统模型,参考可行的监测技术对体动监测模块、呼吸监测模块、心率监测模块、环境监测模块等进行软硬件设计,运用搭建的模型进行数据采集。根据采集到的睡眠数据,构建TOPSIS-灰色关联分析模型对睡眠状态进行综合评价,不仅能够得出睡眠状态的整体优劣程度,同时能够得出各个睡眠因素与整体睡眠状态之间的内在关联性。所设计的睡眠监测系统能够使用户便捷地了解自身的睡眠状况,有助于用户针对性开展睡眠质量的改善。 The study attempted to develop a home intelligent sleep system suitable for the middle-aged and the elderly group.The study classified the existing sleep monitoring products,summarized the function,usage and technical characteristics of each type of products.The study also discussed the sleep behavior evaluation and sleep improvement methods,and summarized the shortcomings of current sleep products.Through desktop research and questionnaire research,the specific sleep problems of middle-aged and elderly people are investigated,from which the sleep-related needs of middleaged and elderly people are extracted.The home intelligent sleep monitoring system framework including body movement monitoring module,the heart rate monitoring module,respiratory monitoring module and environmental monitoring module.Finally,the whole system is improved through App interaction design,enabling users to operate the intelligent sleeping system intuitively and conveniently.The intelligent sleeping system was able to satisfy the basic sleep needs and help to improve the sleep quality of middle-aged and elderly users.
