摘要
从完整体i验视角出发,解析健身体验的构成部分,探讨健身App体验设计策略。利用NVvo12软件,使用内容分析法对用户访谈和焦点小组数据编码和归类,结合文献对比分析建构健身体验构成部分和设计策略。健身体验作为一个完整的健身经历,包括期望、内容、互动、自我创造、情感、自我实现6个有机构成部分,对应一个完整体验的不同阶段提出健身App体验设计策略。从完整体验的视角解析健身体验的6个构成部分,提出不同健身体验阶段的设计策略。
Starting from the perspective of a complete experience,analyze the components of the fitness experience and explore the design strategies for fitness App experiences.Using NVivo12 software,content analysis was used to code and classify user interviews and focus group data,combined with literature comparison analysis to construct the components and design strategies of the fitness experience.As a complete fitness experience,the fitness experience includes six organic components:expectations,content,interaction,selfcreation,emotion,and self-fulfillment,corresponding to different stages of a complete experience.Therefore,fitness App experience design strategies are proposed.Analyze the six components of fitness experience from the perspective of complete experience,and propose design strategies for different stages of fitness experience.
