莲花瑶乡隧道断层破碎带初期支护变形成因及治理措施

摘要 桂钟高速公路莲花瑶乡隧道围岩为风化砂岩,节理裂隙极发育,岩质软,岩体破碎,地质条件极差。施工过程中多次出现溜渣、掌子面塌方、初期支护变形、地表开裂等问题,工程进度及施工安全受均到严重影响及挑战。以该隧道为依托,研究探讨了断层破碎带坍塌机理、监控量测、初期支护加固、初期支护变形临时加固及开挖工法等处治措施。 The surrounding rock of Lianhua Yaoxiang tunnelof Guizhong Expressway is weathered sandstone,with extremely developed joints and cracks,soft rock quality,fractured rock mass and extremely poor geological conditions.In the process of construction,there are many problems such as slag sliding,palm surface collapse,initial support deformation,surface cracking,etc.,which seriously affect and challenge the project progress and construction safety.Based on the tunnel,the collapse mechanism of fault fracture zone,monitoring and measurement,initial support reinforcement,temporary reinforcement of initial support deformation,excavation and other treatment measures are studied.
