探究精细化管理在建筑工程管理中的应用

Exploration on the Application of Refined Management in Construction Engineering Management

针对建筑工程管理的问题,提出一种精细化管理方法。解决了当前建筑工程施工成本、进度和质量方面的管理问题,实现了工程项目管理质量的有效提升。基于实际工程项目管理研究可知:精细化管理体系的应用不仅可以提高工程建设质量,强化成本效益,控制施工进度,还能有效提高工程建设安全。

In view of the problems in construction project management,this paper puts forward a refined management method.It has solved the management problems of current building project construction cost,progress and quality,and realized the effective improvement of project management quality.Based on the actual project management research,the results show that the application of refined management system can not only improve the quality of engineering construction,strengthen cost-effectiveness,control the construction progress,but also effectively improve the safety of engineering construction.
