建筑施工工程造价管理及优化配置研究

Building Construction Project Cost Management and Optimization of Configuration Research

针对建筑施工工程中的造价管理分析不足等问题进行分析,通过网络层次分析法对造价管理中的风险管理进行具体研究,提出具有指导意义的优化配置方案和造价管理建议。研究结果表明,使用网络层次分析法能够对造价管理风险进行分析,从而提出降低风险的指导性意见和优化配置。

In view of the lack of cost management analysis in the construction project,this paper analyzes the risk management in the cost management through the network analytic hierarchy process,and puts forward the optimal allocation scheme and cost management suggestions with guiding significance.The results show that the network analytic hierarchy process(AHP)can be used to analyze the risk of cost management,thus,the guiding opinions on risk reduction and optimal allocation can be proposed.
