Path and Targeted Policy Design of Empowering the Transformation and Upgrading of Jiangxi's Cultural Industry With Digital Economy

数字经济通过创新和融合两个路径赋能江西省文化产业转型升级:一方面,数字经济深刻改变着江西省文化的生产、传播和消费方式,通过创新赋能江西省文化产业价值链跃升;另一方面,数字技术通过驱动江西省文化产业内的“对内融合”及与其他相关产业间的“对外融合”,加速跨界融合,赋能江西省文化产业转型升级。应完善文化产业转型升级的制度环境、强化文化数字化的技术创新、推进数字文化产业集聚、建立标准文化资源数据库和服务平台、加强“数字+文化”人才培养等,以推动江西省文化产业高质量发展。

The digital economy empowers the transformation and upgrading of Jiangxi's cultural industry through two path:innovation and integration.On the one hand,the digital economy has profoundly changed the production,dissemination and consumption methods of the culture in Jiangxi,empowering the value chain of Jiangxi's cultural industry to upgrade through innovation.On the other hand,by driving the internal integration of Jiangxi's cultural industry and the external integration with other related industries,digital technology accelerates the cross-border integration and empowers the transformation and upgrading of Jiangxi's cultural industry.Efforts should be made to improve the institutional environment for the transformation and upgrading of the cultural industries,strengthen the technological innovation in cultural digitization,promote the agglomeration of digital cultural industries,establish a standard cultural resource database and service platform,and strengthen the cultivation of"digital+culture"talent so as to promote the high-quality development of Jiangxi's cultural industry.
