就业优先战略下江西劳务品牌“二次腾飞”研究

摘要 党的二十大报告提出了就业优先战略。劳务品牌历经40余年发展已成为城乡居民就业增收的金字招牌,实现了小品牌大作为,可以成为高质量贯彻落实就业优先战略的有力抓手。目前,江西劳务品牌发展虽有很好的“二次腾飞”基础,但是仍面临着培育基础总体薄弱、发展态势整体粗放、品牌战略意识有待提升、劳务智力支撑不足等瓶颈。推动江西劳务品牌“二次腾飞”,要摸清现状,筑牢“二次腾飞”基础;做实品牌,抓住“二次腾飞”翅膀;提升技能,把握“二次腾飞”关键;优化环境,激活“二次腾飞”生态。 The report of the 20th National Congress of the CPC put forward the Employment Priority Strategy.After more than 40 years,the labor service brand has become a golden sign for urban and rural residents to increase their employment and income,achieving great success for small brands,and can become a powerful lever for high-quality implementation of the Employment Priority Strategy.At present,although the development of labor service brand in Jiangxi has a good foundation for the"second takeoff",their development also faces many bottlenecks,including overall weak cultivation foundation,extensive development trend,need to improve brand strategic awareness,and insufficient support for labor intelligence.To promote the"second takeoff"of labor service brand in Jiangxi,we need to understand the current situation and build a solid foundation for the"second takeoff";Build a solid brand and grasp the wings of the"second takeoff";Improve skills and grasp the key to the"second takeoff";Optimize the environment and activate the ecology of the"second takeoff".
