基于3D打印的模块化点阵结构创意装设计研究

摘要 为探索现代工业最新技术在创意装上的应用,以模块化及3D打印点阵结构为基础,提出了一种新的创意装设计思路及制造方法。首先建立了可多向扩展的单体模块几何设计框架及点阵结构连接单体的力学模型,分析它们的力学特性和设计制造可行性,再通过创意装三维模型构建平面结构图方法及3D打印技术,实现了创意装的设计与制造。结果表明:提出的单体模块结构可在空间任意方向扩展,点阵结构连接单体再用聚乳酸(PLA)3D打印组装后可保持稳定的结构与承载能力,能保证创意装的再设计与多样性制造,为新一代服装设计从材料、设计到制造流程等方面提供了一种新的多学科交叉融合范式。 To explore the application of the latest modern industrial technology in creative decoration,a new creative decoration design concept and manufacturing method was proposed based on modular and 3D printing lattice structures.First,a geometric design framework for expandable monomeric modules and a mechanical model of lattice structure connecting monomeric components were established,and their mechanical properties,design feasibility and manufacturability were analyzed.Then,the design and manufacture of creative apparel were realized through the construction of creative apparel 3D models,the method of flat structure drawings,and 3D printing technology.The results show that the proposed monomer module design can expand in any direction in space,and the lattice structure connecting monomers can maintain a stable mechanical structure and load-bearing capacity after 3D printing with polylactic acid(PLA),ensuring creative redesign and diverse manufacturing of creative apparel.This study provides a new interdisciplinary integration paradigm for the new generation of creative apparel design from materials and design to manufacturing processes.
