基于古本草古方剂视角下黄柏隐性功能的文献考察与逻辑分析

Literature Review and Logical Analysis of the Potential Functions of Huangbo(Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex)Based on the Ancient Herbal Works and Ancient Prescriptions

目的 挖掘黄柏的隐性功能,扩大其现实应用范围。方法 通过历代主流本草文献考察分析黄柏的功能主治,同时利用《普济方》数据库管理系统,对黄柏进行跨病种检索,获得含黄柏复方在各种疾病中的分布情况,了解含黄柏复方所治病证的构成、各病证配伍此药频数。在此基础上,再与历代本草和2020版《中华人民共和国药典》记载的功能主治进行分析比较,依据频次统计分析与逻辑归纳判断,以获取对黄柏的药物传承和隐性功能的整体认识,借以发现黄柏业已失传的隐性功用,并通过论证扩大现实应用范围。结果 由历代本草文献中总结出来的解毒疗疮、泻火除蒸、清热燥湿等功用一直沿用至今,而散结消癥、定惊、安神、止渴、止血、止痛等功用至今鲜有应用。《普济方》数据库中含黄柏复方治疗癥瘕积聚、消渴、出血、疼痛等病症,《中华人民共和国药典》未曾收录。结论 结合现代药效学研究,初步确认黄柏的隐性功能是散结消癥、止渴、定惊、安神。

Objective To excavate the potential functions of Huangbo(Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex)to enlarge its application in reality.Methods To review and analyse the functions and indications of Huangbo(Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex)through mainstream herbal literature and retrieve the prescriptions containing Huangbo(Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex)in the treatment of diseases in Database Management System of Prescriptions for Universal Relief,get distribution of the diseases which are treated with these prescriptions and the frequency of using Huangbo(Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex).On this basis,compare with the records in Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China 2020 edition and understand thoroughly the inheritance and potential functions of Huangbo(Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex)through statistical analysis and logical judgment,find the lost functions of Huangbo(Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex)and enlarged its application by demonstration.Results The functions of Huangbo(Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex)summarized from the herbal literature such as detoxifying and healing sores,reducing fire and clearing deficiency-heat,clearing away heat and dampness are used till now.But eliminating the mass,slaking thirst,calming the frightened,calming the nerves,slaking thirst,stopping bleeding and relieving pain are rarely used.Prescriptions containing Huangbo(Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex)in Database Management System of Prescriptions for Universal Relief can treat abdominal mass,drinking and urine,bleeding,pain,etc.But these are not recorded in Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China.Conclusion Combined with modern pharmacodynamics study,it is preliminarily confirmed that the potential functions of Huangbo(Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex)are eliminating the mass,slaking thirst,calming the frightened,calming the nerves.
