喀什地区产业高质量发展研究

Research on the high-quality development of industries in Kashgar

自我国进入高质量发展阶段以来,喀什地区产业高质量发展成为地区发展的核心战略。本文从创新、协调、绿色、发展、共享5个方面选定了11个指标,构建评价指标体系,利用2012~2021年公开的统计数据对其进行了综合评价。结果显示,喀什地区产业高质量发展指数总体上升,但各县水平差异大,发展不平衡不充分;部分县市以高污染、高能耗为代价取得经济效益,对环境造成负面影响。基于此,本文提出促进喀什地区产业高质量发展的对策建议。

Since China entered the stage of high-quality development,the high-quality development of industries in Kashgar has become the core strategy of regional development.In this paper,1l indicators were selected from five aspects:innovation,coordination,green,development,and sharing,and an evaluation index system was constructed,and the statistical data published in 2012~2021 were used to comprehensively evaluate them.The results show that the high-quality industrial development index in Kashgar has increased overall,but the level of each county is different,and the development is unbalanced and insufficient.Some counties and cities have achieved economic benefits at the cost of high pollution and high energy consumption,which has a negative impact on the environment.Based on this,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the high-quality development of industries in Kashgar.
