基于多能互补的综合能源基地协同优化调度系统的设计与实现

Design and implementation of collaborative optimization dispatching system for integrated energy base based on multi-energy complementarity

摘要 随着清洁能源逐渐替代传统能源,风电、光伏、水电、抽水蓄能等新能源发电技术得到了广泛应用。本文主要介绍一种综合利用风能、光能和水能等可再生能源的新型能源调度系统的设计与实现方法。该系统基于多能互补将这些能源进行转化和优化利用,旨在提高能源利用效率,减少能源消耗,提高能源企业效益,并通过储能预报模型、多能互补调度决策模型、发电能效评价模型,对能源的协同调度提供决策依据,实现对能源的预报、调度、评价的闭环管理,对于保护环境、促进经济发展和实现能源可持续发展具有重要意义。 As clean energy gradually replaces traditional energy,new energy power generation technologies such as wind power,photovoltaic,hydropower,and pumped storage have been widely used.This paper mainly introduces the design and implementation method of a new energy dispatching system that comprehensively utilizes renewable energy sources such as wind,solar and hydropower.The system transforms and optimizes the utilization of these energy sources based on multi-energy complementarity,aiming to improve energy efficiency,reduce energy consumption,and improve the efficiency of energy enterprises,and provides decision-making basis for collaborative energy dispatch through energy storage forecasting model,multi-energy complementary dispatching decision-making model,and power generation energy efficiency evaluation model,and realizes the closed-loop management of energy forecasting,dispatching and evaluation,which is of great significance for protecting the environment,promoting economic development and realizing sustainable energy development.
