产教融合背景下高等职业教育服务乡村振兴路径研究——以四川高等职业院校为例

产教融合是推动乡村振兴的科学路径,高职院校作为高层次的职业教育,承载着乡村振兴人才培养培训的重任。以四川高等职业院校为例,从高等职业教育服务乡村振兴战略的现实困境出发,从“创新人才培养模式,激活乡村振兴的人才引擎”“深化产教融合发展,坚实乡村振兴的产业支撑”“培育‘双师型’教师队伍,提升行业结构的锲合度”“培养知农爱农新型人才,引导人才向乡村流动”四个方面,提出产教融合背景下高等职业教育服务乡村振兴战略的可行性路径。

Integration of Industry and Education is a Scientific Path to Promote Rural Revitalization.Vocational colleges bear the heavy responsibility of cultivating talents for rural revitalization.Taking Sichuan Higher Vocational Colleges as an Example,Starting from practical difficulties,Propose the path of"innovating talent training models,activating the talent engine for rural revitalization","deepening the integration of industry and education,and strengthening the industrial support for rural revitalization","cultivating a‘dual teacher'teaching team,enhancing the cohesion of industry structure","cultivating new talents who understand and love agriculture,and guiding talents to flow to rural areas".
