基于生命周期的蒸汽冷凝水回收设备产品碳足迹研究

摘要 依据ISO 14040制定的生命周期评价理论框架,采用PAS 2050准则对蒸汽冷凝水回收设备产品进行碳足迹评价研究。研究结果表明:生产1台全闭式蒸汽冷凝水回收设备碳排放量为1.29×10^(5) kg CO_(2) eq,其中使用阶段产生的碳排放最大,碳排放主要来自能源消耗,提升运行过程中绿色能源的利用比例是推动行业碳减排的关键。 Using the theoretical framework of the life cycle assessment(LCA)based on ISO 14040,the carbon emission of steam condensate recovery equipment products is evaluated according to PAS 2050 standard.The results show that the carbon dioxide emission from the production of one unit of fully closed steam condensate recovery equipment was 1.29×10^(5) kg CO_(2) eq,of which the using stage produces the most carbon dioxide emissions.Carbon dioxide emissions was mainly from the consumption of energy.Therefore,promoting the proportion of green energy in operation was the key to promote carbon dioxide emission reduction in the industry.
