基于LIMS的环境检测现场采样质量管理方法探讨

摘要 在环境检测过程中,由于采样过程管理困难,第三方检测机构存在采样数据造假情况,加强采样全过程中人员、样品、采样方式的质量管理尤为重要。设计开发了基于实验室信息管理系统的环境检测现场采样质量管理系统,通过智能采样箱、智能手持终端、360°视频监控和实验室信息管理系统相结合的方法,将采样过程中的人员操作、样品轨迹和保存方式、采样点位和时间节点等过程数据数字化,实现自动判断采样过程是否规范、是否存在造假行为。此系统广泛推广后能够成为环境监管部门发现采样数据造假的重要手段,促进环境检测行业采样规范管理,提高检测行业的数据质量。 In the process of environmental testing,due to the difficulty in the management of sampling process,third-party testing institutions have sampling data falsification.So it is particularly important to strengthen the quality management of personnel,samples and sampling methods in the whole sampling process.The field sampling quality management system based on laboratory information management system(LIMS)is designed and developed.Through the method of combining intelligent sampling box,intelligent handheld terminal,360°video surveillance and laboratory information management system,the process data during sampling are digitized such as personnel operation,sample trajectory and storage mode,sampling point and time nodes.It can automatically determine whether the sampling process is standardized and there is fraud in the sampling process.This system can become an important means for environmental supervision departments to detect sampling data fraud,promote the sampling standard management of environmental testing industry,and improve the data quality of testing industry.
