超声诊断甲状腺结节钙化在甲状腺癌中的应用价值

摘要 目的:探讨甲状腺结节钙化在超声诊断甲状腺癌中的价值。方法:对2020年10月~2023年10月在本院就诊的甲状腺结节伴钙化患者进行随机筛选,共纳入80例,均采用超声检查,对病理检查结果、良恶性的钙化结节的分布情况进行分析。结果:经病理学检查,80例患者良性结节有45例,恶性结节有35例,恶性率43.75%。恶性结节钙化灶微钙化率68.57%,边界不清晰率91.43%,钙化结节单发率74.29%,与良性结节相比差异较大(P<0.05)。结论:采用超声检查对甲状腺进行诊断时,甲状腺结节的钙化具有重要作用,通过分析钙化结节的类型,可以判断甲状腺的良恶性,为临床诊断提供依据。 Objective:To explore the value of thyroid nodule calcification in ultrasound diagnosis of thyroid cancer.Methods:80 patients with thyroid nodules and calcification admitted from October 2020 to October 2023 were selected,all of whom underwent ultrasound examination.The pathological examination results and the distribution of benign and malignant calcified nodules were analyzed.Results:Through pathological examination,45 out of 80 patients had benign nodules and 35 had malignant nodules,with a malignancy rate of 43.75%.The microcalcification rate of malignant nodules with calcified lesions was 68.57%,the unclear boundary rate was 91.43%,and the single occurrence rate of calcified nodules was 74.29%.Compared with benign nodules,the difference is significant and statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:When using ultrasound to diagnose the thyroid gland,thyroid nodule calcification plays an important role.By analyzing the types of calcified nodules,the benign and malignant nature of the thyroid gland can be determined,providing a basis for clinical diagnosis.
