全自动血细胞分析仪与血涂片细胞形态学在血常规检验中的应用分析

摘要 目的:就全自动血细胞分析仪和血涂片细胞学检查在血液常规检查中的运用作一初步探讨,以求进一步提高临床检查的质量。方法:选择2021年1月~2023年1月在本院做血常规检验的100例患者的血液样本,对100份样本采用两种不同的检测方法(分别设为观察组与对照组),观察组用全自动血细胞分析仪(希森美康,型号:XS-900i)检测,对照组用血涂片细胞形态学检查。对比观察组和对照组样本结果,对比中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞的阳性检出情况。结果:经统计学处理,两组间中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞,两者之间的比较,均无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论:在血常规检验工作中,采用全自动血细胞分析仪和血涂片细胞形态学,可以准确、快速、全面地测定患者的各项指标。血涂片细胞学检查的准确性高于全自动血细胞分析仪检查,全自动血细胞分析仪操作便捷,检测效率更高。 Objective:To discuss the application of automatic hematology analyzer and blood smear cytology in routine blood examination,so as to further improve the quality of clinical examination.Methods:Blood samples of 100 patients who underwent routine blood tests in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected,and two different detection methods were used for 100 samples(observation group and control group,respectively).Automatic blood cell analyzer was used in the observation group(Xisen Micon,model:XS-900i),the control group was examined by blood smear cell morphology.The results of the observation group and the control group were compared,and the positive detection of neutrophils,lymphocytes,monocytes,eosinophils and basophils were compared.Results:After statistical treatment,there was no statistical significance in neutrophils,lymphocytes,monocytes,eosinophils and basophils between the two groups,P>0.05.Conclusion:In the routine blood test,the automatic hematology analyzer and blood smear cell morphology can be used to determine the patient’s indexes accurately,quickly and comprehensively.The accuracy of blood smear cytology is higher than that of automatic hematology analyzer,which is convenient to operate and has higher detection efficiency.
