品管圈在计算机追溯系统应用于耳鼻咽喉头颈外科手术器械消毒管理中的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析品管圈在计算机追溯系统用于耳鼻咽喉头颈外科手术器械消毒管理的效果。方法:选择2022年6月1日~2023年12月31日在本院消毒供应中心清洗消毒的手术器械1300件,包括耳鼻咽喉头颈外科门诊、内镜中心、病区和手术室相关手术器械。入组手术器械分类标准,地点分明,使用追溯系统制定好追溯码,拍照每个手术器械包。分析管理前后器械包的到期发生率、目标达成率和手术器械使用率、报废率情况。结果:管理后的器械包到期发生率、报废率更低于管理前,且目标达成率、手术器械使用率高于管理前,前后对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈用于计算机追溯系统在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科手术器械消毒管理中能提升手术器械的使用和目标成功率,提升消毒供应中心管理质量。 Objective:To analyze the effect of quality control circle in computer traceability system for disinfection management of surgical instruments in otorhinolaryngology head and neck surgery.Methods:From June 1,2022 to December 31,2023,1300 surgical instruments were cleaned and disinfected in the supply room of our hospital,including surgical instruments related to the outpatient department of nose,throat,head and neck surgery,endoscopy center,ward and operating room.The classification criteria of the surgical instruments included in the group were clearly defined,the traceability code was formulated by using the traceability system,and each surgical instrument set was photographed.The expiration rate,target achievement rate,surgical instrument utilization rate and scrap rate were analyzed before and after management.Results:After management,the expiration rate and scrap rate of instrument package were lower than before management,and the target achievement rate and surgical instrument utilization rate were higher than before management,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of quality control circle in the disinfection management of otolaryngology head and neck surgery instruments can improve the use of surgical instruments and the target success rate,and improve the management quality of disinfection supply center.
