老年急性左心衰竭并发急性呼吸衰竭患者的机械通气辅助治疗效果及对心功能的影响

The Effect of Mechanical Ventilation as an Adjunctive Therapy and Its Impact on Cardiac Function in Elderly Patients with Acute Left Heart Failure and Acute Respiratory Failure

目的:探讨老年急性左心衰竭并发急性呼吸衰竭患者的机械通气辅助治疗效果及对心功能的影响。方法:将70例急性左心衰竭并发急性呼吸衰竭老年患者分为两组,各35例。对照组行常规治疗,实验组加以机械通气辅助治疗,比较两组应用效果。结果:实验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组血气指标、生命体征及心功能改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将机械通气辅助治疗应用于老年急性左心衰竭并发急性呼吸衰竭患者的治疗,能够有效加快临床症状的恢复,改善心功能,临床上具有重要应用意义。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of mechanical ventilation as an adjuvant therapy for elderly patients with acute left heart failure and acute respiratory failure,and its impact on cardiac function.Methods:70 elderly patients with acute left heart failure complicated by acute respiratory failure were divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,while the experimental group received mechanical ventilation as an auxiliary treatment.The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the improvement of blood gas indicators,vital signs,and cardiac function in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of mechanical ventilation as an adjuvant therapy in the treatment of elderly patients with acute left heart failure and acute respiratory failure can effectively accelerate the recovery of clinical symptoms and improve cardiac function,which has important clinical significance.
