压缩式雾化器JKY-H-A10雾化吸入治疗支气管扩张的临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of JKY-H-A10 Compression Nebulizer in the Treatment of Bronchiectasis

目的:观察在支气管扩张患者治疗的过程中压缩式雾化器JKY-H-A10雾化吸入治疗的临床应用效果。方法:本研究将于医院接受支气管扩张治疗的患者34例作为实验对象,以随机数字表法实现患者的分组,其中17例患者作为实验组,另外17例患者作为对比组,对比组患者所运用的治疗方法为常规治疗,实验组在对比组基础上加用压缩式雾化器JKY-H-A10雾化吸入治疗。结果:与对比组患者相比实验组患者治疗有效率更高,相关症状改善时间相对较短,P<0.05。两组患者治疗前肺功能参数、血红细胞沉降率、C反应蛋白水平均无显著差异,P>0.05;治疗后两组患者上述指标差异显著,P<0.05。结论:压缩式雾化器JKY-H-A10雾化吸入是支气管扩张患者的理想治疗方法。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of JKY-H-A10 nebulization with compression nebulizer in the treatment of patients with bronchiectasis.Methods:In this study,34 patients who received bronchiectasis therapy in hospital were selected as experimental subjects.For the sake of fairness and fairness of the experiment,patients were divided into groups by random number table method.17 patients were selected as experimental group,and the other 17 patients were selected as comparison group.The treatment method used in the comparison group was conventional treatment.The experimental group was treated with compression nebulizer JKY-H-A10 on the basis of comparison group.Results:Compared with the comparison group,the treatment efficiency of the experimental group was higher and the improvement time of related symptoms was relatively short(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in lung function parameters,red blood cell sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein level between the two groups before treatment,P>0.05.After treatment,the above indexes were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:JKY-H-A10 compression nebulizer is an ideal treatment for patients with bronchiectasis.
