浅谈超声造影在诊断胃外生高危胃间质瘤中的应用价值

The Application Value of Contrast-Enhanced Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of High-Risk Gastric Stromal Tumors

目的:研究将超声造影应用在胃外生高危间质瘤诊断中的价值。方法:选择2010年1月~2023年1月到本院进行治疗的58例疑似胃外生高危胃间质瘤患者作为研究对象,入院后对所有患者开展超声造影,并且将病理诊断结果作为金标准,判断超声造影在诊断胃外生高危胃间质瘤中的价值。结果:①58例胃外生高危胃间质瘤病理诊断确诊42例,超声造影检出39例,超声造影和病理诊断差异不显著(P>0.05);②以金标准为依据参照,超声造影诊断为外生高危胃间质瘤的阳性预测值为94.87%、阴性预测值为73.68%、敏感度为88.10%、特异度为87.50%、准确度为87.93%、约登指数为75.60%、误诊率为12.50%、漏诊率为11.90%。结论:超声造影可适用于对胃外生高危胃间质瘤的诊断,能为临床的诊治工作提供科学的参考。

Objective:The objective of this study is to investigate and evaluate the diagnostic value of utilizing contrast-enhanced ultrasound in accurately identifying high-risk gastric ectogenic stromal tumors.Methods:58 individuals with suspected high-risk gastric stromal tumors,treated at our hospital between January 2010 and January 2023,were carefully chosen for this study.Upon admission,each patient underwent a thorough contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination.The diagnostic accuracy of this imaging technique was then meticulously assessed by comparing its findings with the pathological diagnosis results,considered the ultimate benchmark in medical evaluation.This comprehensive approach aimed to determine the efficacy and reliability of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in detecting high-risk gastric stromal tumors.Results:①Among the 58 cases of high-risk gastric stromal tumors,42 were diagnosed by pathological diagnosis,and 39 were detected by contrast-enhanced ultrasound.There was no significant difference between contrast-enhanced ultrasound and pathological diagnosis(P>0.05);②Based on the gold standard,the positive predictive value,negative predictive value,sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,Yoden index,misdiagnosis rate,and missed diagnosis rate of contrast-enhanced ultrasound for the diagnosis of exogenous high-risk gastric stromal tumors were 94.87%,73.68%,88.10%,87.50%,87.93%,75.60%,12.50%,and 11.90%,respectively.Conclusion:Contrast-enhanced ultrasound aids in the diagnosis of high-risk gastric stromal tumors,offering crucial scientific insights for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
