肌骨超声在退行性膝关节病变检出中的应用及其符合率分析

Application of Musculoskeletal Ultrasound in the Detection of Degenerative Knee Lesions and Its Coincidence Rate Analysis

目的:研讨中老年退行性膝关节病变诊断中,肌骨超声的应用价值。方法:选取2022年2月~2023年10月阳江市人民医院收治的疑似为退行性膝关节病变患者205例为研究对象,分别采用肌骨超声、X射线检查,以关节镜检查结果为金标准,比较两种检查方法对退行性膝关节病变的检出率。结果:肌骨超声对退行性膝关节病变的诊断灵敏度、诊断特异度、准确度、阳性预测值及阴性预测值均高于X射线,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肌骨超声对滑膜增生、关节积液、半月板病变、髌韧带病变、骨质增生、关节腔面下囊性变检出率比X射线高(P<0.05)。结论:中老年退行性膝关节病变诊断中,肌骨超声价值更为显著。

Objective:To explore the application value of muscle bone ultrasound in the diagnosis of degenerative knee joint diseases in middle-aged and elderly patients.Methods:205 suspected patients with degenerative knee joint disease admitted to Yangjiang People’s Hospital from February 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and muscle bone ultrasound was used,respectively X-ray examination,using arthroscopic examination results as the gold standard,the detection rates of the two examination methods for degenerative knee joint disease were compared.Results:The diagnostic sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive and negative predictive values of muscle bone ultrasound for degenerative knee joint lesions were higher than those of X-ray,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of muscle bone ultrasound for synovial hyperplasia,joint effusion,meniscus lesions,patellar ligament lesions,bone hyperplasia,and subarticular cystic changes is higher than that of X-ray(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of degenerative knee joint diseases in middle-aged and elderly patients,the value of muscle bone ultrasound is more significant.
