摘要
目的:探讨克氏针联合外固定支架在桡骨远端C型骨折患者中的价值。方法:选取80例闽侯县医院骨科于2019年5月~2023年5月收治的桡骨远端C型骨折患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,各40例。对照组行锁定钢板内固定术,观察组行克氏针联合外固定支架术,比较两组手术效果及安全性。结果:相比对照组,观察组手术、骨折愈合时间短,切口长度短,术中出血量少(P<0.05);两组术后腕关节影像学指标相比无差异(P>0.05);两组术后腕关节功能及患肢活动能力均优于术前,且观察组术后腕关节功能评分、前臂旋前、前臂旋后、握力均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:克氏针联合外固定支架在桡骨远端C型骨折中价值更高,可减轻手术创伤,缩短骨折愈合时间,加快腕关节功能恢复,安全可靠。
Objective:To investigate the application value of Kirschner’s needle combined with external fixation scaffold in patients with C-type fracture of distal radius.Methods:A total of 80 patients with C-type fracture of distal radius admitted to the Department of Orthopedics of Minhou County Hospital from May 2019 to May 2023 were selected and divided into 2 groups with 40 cases each according to random number table method.The control group underwent internal fixation with locking plate,and the observation group underwent Kirschner’s needle combined with external fixation stenting.The surgical effect and safety of the two groups were compared.Results:The operation time and fracture healing time of observation group were shorter than control group,the incision length was shorter than control group,and the amount of intraoperative blood loss was less than control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in postoperative wrist imaging indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).The wrist function and the mobility of the affected limb in both groups were better than those before surgery,and the wrist function score,forearm pronation,forearm pronation and grip strength in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kirschner’s needle combined with external fixation is of higher value in distal radius C-type fracture,which can reduce surgical trauma,shorten fracture healing time,accelerate functional recovery of wrist joint,and is safe and reliable.
