消毒供应中心医疗器械清洗质量控制路径的应用

摘要 目的:分析医疗器械清洗质量控制路径在消毒供应中心的应用效果以及价值。方法:本次实验研究的对象为2019年1月~2020年12月本院消毒供应中心收取的待清洗医疗器械600件,其中2019年1月~12月未开展医疗器械清洗质量控制路径,运用常规清洗方式清洗的300件医疗器械作为对比组,2020年1月~12月开展医疗器械清洗质量控制路径,按照程序化清洗手段清洗的300件医疗器械作为研究组,分析比较两组医疗器械的清洗效果。结果:统计学分析后可知,研究组血管钳、剪刀类、污物盘类、骨科手术类、妇科手术类医疗器械清洗合格率明显高于对比组,具有统计学意义,P<0.05;统计学分析两组医疗器械隐血阳性率可知,研究组医疗器械显著低于对比组,P<0.05。结论:在实施消毒供应中心医疗器械清洗的过程中器械清洗质量控制路径的应用在提高了清洗合格率的同时降低了隐血阳性率,提高了医疗器械清洗的水平以及质量,有助于减少医院感染事件的发生。 Objective:To analyze the application effect and value of medical device cleaning quality control path in disinfection supply center.Methods:The subjects of this experimental study were 600 medical devices to be cleaned collected from the disinfection supply center of our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020.Among them,300 medical devices cleaned by conventional cleaning methods were used as the comparison group without carrying out the quality control path of medical device cleaning from January to December 2019.From January to December 2020,the quality control path of medical device cleaning was carried out,and 300 medical devices cleaned according to programmed cleaning methods were used as study groups to analyze and compare the cleaning effects of the two groups of medical devices.Results:After statistical analysis,it can be seen that the qualified rate of cleaning medical devices of vascular clamp,scissors,dirt tray,orthopedic surgery and gynecological surgery in the study group was significantly higher than that of the comparison group,with statistical significance,P<0.05.Statistical analysis of the positive rate of occult-blood from medical devices in the two groups showed that the medical devices in the study group were significantly lower than those in the comparison group,P<0.05.Conclusion:In the process of medical device cleaning in disinfection supply center,the application of instrument cleaning quality control path can improve the qualified rate of cleaning,reduce the positive rate of occult blood,improve the level and quality of medical device cleaning,and help to reduce the occurrence of hospital infection.
